PAYMENT METHODS:

At this time we are only able to offer credit card payment via our secure server for our International Customers. We are unable to accept international money orders, cheques or wire transfers.

DELIVERY AND CHARGES:

Free shipping is only applicable to Australian orders. All International purchases will be charged shipping and handling charges at the following rates:-

The cost of international shipping will be calculated at the time of placing your order. Your order will be shipped via Australia Post International Airmail. For your peace-of-mind, all orders are sent with transit insurance.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY

You are responsible for ensuring your order complies with all the applicable import laws of your country. Critter Cottage will not be held responsible for any products not meeting import restrictions and are unable to refund International Orders refused or destoryed by your customs border.

All applicable import duties, taxes and charges are entirely at the responsbility and cost of the customer.
