Ordering over the internet from Critter Cottage is a simple and convenient way to shop for your pet products, after you have placed your order you will receive automatic email updates of the status of your purchase. Following is a detailed description of how to place your order:-

STEP ONE: Finding the Products:

There are two ways to find the pet products you are looking for:-

1) BROWSE BY CATEGORY

Browse our exciting range of products via category selections - Choose from our pet categories from the category menu at the top of any page and click on the section you wish to browse; DOG, CAT, BIRD, etc.

Clicking on the category button will take you to the main page of that category, i.e, clicking on the DOG button will take you to the Dog section of the website. A list of different types of dog products will appear – continue to select the appropriate categories to find the products you are searching for.

For example, if you were looking for training solutions, you would start by clicking on the DOG button at the top of the page, and then clicking on TRAINING SOLUTIONS from the list provided at the left hand side of the page. You are then presented with a list of the different training solutions available, simply click on any that interest you for further details.

2) FIND VIA SEARCH

The second way of finding the product you want is to enter the name of the product you are searching for into the search box in the menu section at the top of any page. All products that contain the search word entered will appear.

If you still can’t find a product you are looking for then please click on the CONTACT US button in the menu section at the top of the page - you can send us a quick email describing the you are looking for and we will endeavour to locate the product for you.

STEP TWO: Placing a Product in Your Shopping Cart:

Once you have found a product you wish to purchase, click on the "Buy Now" button. This will place the item in your shopping Cart. You can change quantities or delete the product if required at any time prior to checking out.

You will then be taken to the SHOPPING CART page where you can view your order, and change or delete quantities and products as required.

To remove an item simply click on the small remove box then click on the REMOVE button.

To add more items to your shopping cart simply either Click on the CONTINUE SHOPPING button or click on the Category Menu button to be taken to the appropriate category.

You can continue adding products as required. At any time you wish to view your order, simply click on the SHOPPING CART button to view your selections, modify your order or checkout.

STEP THREE: Provide Your Delivery and Billing Details:

When you have finished shopping and are ready to pay for your purchase, click the SHOPPING CART button in the menu section at the top of any page, review your order, then click on the CHECKOUT button below your shopping cart.

You will then be taken to the DELIVERY INFORMATION page. Please complete the details as required, then click on the CONTINUE button.

After completing the DELIVERY INFORMATION page, you will need to provide your BILLING DETAILS. If using a credit card to pay, please use the same address your credit card statement is sent to. This information is used to verify your credit card details via our secure server.

If at any time you need to change any details, simply click on the PREVIOUS PAGE button to return to the previous screen.
